I provided oversight and project management for the development of The Prism’s website, collaborating closely with the HUMANS.tech development team. This included managing the overall site structure, content integration, and ensuring a cohesive user experience. I also directly designed and developed specific sections of the website, including the Bassam Freiha Art Foundation Exhibition section and the URBAN PROJECT MILANO page, contributing to the site’s unique aesthetic and interactive elements. Additionally, I collaborated on the supervision of the virtual experience.

The Prism is an innovative artistic and cultural platform that aims to connect people through immersive art experiences. It was founded by Stefano Simontacchi, who transformed his meditative visions into artworks that evoke emotional and spiritual responses. The platform extends beyond art, incorporating disciplines like science, literature, and meditation to foster inner exploration and well-being. The website serves as a central hub for showcasing upcoming exhibitions, providing visitor information, and reflecting the gallery’s cutting-edge approach to art and technology.

A key element of my role involved the integration of a third-party booking platform into the SCHEDULE A VISIT page. This required careful coordination between the website’s front-end design and the booking system’s API. I managed the process to ensure a seamless user experience, allowing visitors to easily browse available time slots, book their visits, and receive confirmations. This included:

• API Integration: Working with the HUMANS.tech team to establish a stable and efficient connection between the website and the booking platform’s API.

• UI/UX Customization: Adapting the booking platform’s interface to align with The Prism’s branding and website design, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing experience.

• Data Synchronization: Implementing mechanisms for real-time data synchronization between the website and the booking platform to accurately reflect availability and prevent overbooking.

• Testing and Optimization: Conducting thorough testing of the booking process across different devices and browsers, and optimizing the integration for speed and reliability.

By carefully managing this integration and collaborating on the virtual experience, I helped to create a user-friendly and efficient booking experience that enhances The Prism’s ability to attract visitors both physically and virtually, and manage its exhibition schedule.
